The natural process of any arrest results in a mugshots record. In exposure of these mugshots we are able to identify specific region's criminal activities. It's customary for these types of records to be publicly available.  One thing for sure, is that not all records reported as innocent until proven guilty. In many cases the offender was just at the wrong place and at the wrong time. You can easily identify which suspected criminal have been accused of a violent or serious crime.
